Dear@Aydin Uzun,
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A forum.
The issue you’re experiencing may be caused by one of the following reasons:
- Browser cache conflicts, which can interfere with how Outlook loads its settings.
- Roaming signature synchronization issues, which may prevent the signature editor from appearing correctly.
To address this, please follow the steps below:
Clear Browser Cache and Cookies
- For Microsoft Edge:
- Open Microsoft Edge
- Ctrl + H > Delete browsing data (Trash bin icon)
- Check "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files"
- Click "Clear now"
- Restart Microsoft Edge and re-open Outlook.
- For Google Chrome:
- Open Google Chrome
- Click the three dots in the top-right corner. Go to Settings > Privacy and security.
- Click Clear browsing data.
- In the pop-up: Select Time range: choose All time.
- Check Cached images and files (you can also check Cookies).
- Click Clear data.
- Restart Chrome and try opening Outlook again..
Try accessing Outlook Web using Incognito or Private browsing mode to check if the signature feature becomes available. If the issue persists, consider using the Outlook desktop application, which may offer more stable access to signature settings.
