    You can reach us by visiting Contact Us - Microsoft Support, then selecting Surface > Service and Repair > Ask about a recent repair. Or if you’d prefer to talk to someone

    Contact Support again, reference your original Support Case #. Ask them to open a new case to track down your accessories. The other reply was from an external Independent Advisor, not a Microsoft Employee, and I do not believe he has the ability to escalate this on behalf of a customer.
