Keyboard cover is not working. Have check pins and cleaned channel it plugs into. Out of options.

2025-08-23T12:31:29.87+00:00 As stated prior to seeing this area, I removed keyboard cover, started PC, updated yesterday, connected keyboard cover, no response. Guess it's done. so much for Surface pro 3. next?

2025-08-23T12:54:21.8833333+00:00 Back then, I ordered a replacement (cheap copy) from some website. Used it for a month. Ordered new Microsoft keyboard cover. Was not happy paying $120.
