Trying to reactivate my digital licensed windows after changing motherboard. The old one unfortunately died so can't go through the process of deactivating from it. What I did:

Went Activation -> Troubleshoot -> I Changed hardware recently ...

Just a moment...

"Unable to activate Windows

We can't reactivate Windows as our servers aren't available right now. Wait for a few minutes or try adding your Microsoft account again."

Any advice?

    Hi, good day!

How did you originally obtain your Windows 10 license? Did it came preinstalled with the device? If so, it is considered an OEM license and cannot be transferred from motherboard to motherboard.

Please try to launch and run command prompt as administrator.

    Execute the following command

    slmgr /dlv

Please take a screenshot of the resulting window and post it in your next response. Thank you.

I look forward to receiving your update and I'm willing to collaborate with you till we resolve the issue. Do keep me informed.
