Thank you for sharing this concern and confirmation that it has been resolved by using a private windows. In the meantime, you can also try to clear cache in one of your browser and see if you can access fine right after.

I'm trying to get a refund but every navigation to an Xbox site comes up with The Request is Blocked. I have tried Opera, Firefox, Chrome and Edge.
EDIT: Got it working through private window. Looking if I can delete this post.
