Hello,
I have a Microsoft 365 Family subscription, which I’ve been using on one Windows PC and one Mac without any problems.
Recently, I bought a new Mac and tried to sign in with my Microsoft 365 account to use Office apps. However, I received the message: “No Microsoft 365 subscription found.”
I double-checked on the Microsoft website, and my subscription is active. On this new Mac, I can also sign in to OneDrive with the same account, and I see that I have 1TB of storage available — which I think should only be possible with the subscription.
It seems that my account is recognized correctly for OneDrive, but not for Office apps. I’m not sure what’s going wrong. Could anyone please help me resolve this issue? Thank you in advance!

To make it clearer, I’ve attached a screenshot of my subscription details from the Microsoft account page.
Hello !
Did you use the "Install" button on https://account.microsoft.com/services page to install Microsoft 365 ? Or did you use an old install of Office ?
Try to completely uninstall Office for Mac by following this tutorial : https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/uninstall-office-for-mac-eefa1199-5b58-43af-8a3d-b73dc1a8cae3 and https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/troubleshoot-office-for-mac-issues-by-completely-uninstalling-before-you-reinstall-ec3aa66e-6a76-451f-9d35-cba2e14e94c0 .
Once done, install Office again by using the link in the https://account.microsoft.com/services dashboard (as shown in your second screenshot).
Let me know if you have any other question !
Sign in to your Microsoft account at https://account.microsoft.com/services and check which Microsoft subscription product is associated with your account. You can only install products that you are paying for.
As Bob suggested, if this is a shared subscription, the person who "owns" the license must invite other users to share it, so that they can install and activate Office using their accounts.
