    Hi @Network

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum

To better understand your issue, may I confirm:

1.When you reply or compose an email, is the toolbar where you change the font style greyed out (like a disabled option)?  User's image 2.Or are you looking for a way to use a custom font style that isn’t listed in the available options for your Outlook?

3.Could you please share a screenshot of the issue if it differs from the one I attached?

If the formatting bar isn’t working as expected, please try the following:

-When composing or replying to an email, click the three-dot menu (...) in the toolbar.

-Select Switch to HTML to ensure the formatting bar is fully enabled.

    User's image

Once the formatting bar is active, you can change the font color using the font color option (the “A” with a color bar) to select a color. Note that the color picker offers predefined options, and custom RGB values can be approximated but not directly entered.

Please correct me if I misunderstand your case

The initial response may not fully meet your requirement. Once I get the detail, I will try my best to find the next steps

Thank you for your patience while we work through it
