Purchase Upgrade from Windows 7 Pro to Windows 10 Pro

You can purchase a Windows 10 Pro upgrade from Windows 7 Pro through several options:

Microsoft Official Store – While Microsoft primarily promotes Windows 11 now, you may still find Windows 10 licenses available through their official store.

Authorized Resellers – Retailers like CDW, Provantage, or Amazon may offer Windows 10 Pro upgrade licenses. Be sure to choose a full retail license or a volume license if you're upgrading multiple devices.

Microsoft Volume Licensing – For organizations, you can purchase upgrade licenses through the Open Value or Select Plus programs, which may require a minimum quantity.

Please note: The free upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10 is no longer officially available. You’ll need a valid product key to activate Windows 10 after installation. If you're upgrading a business environment, using volume licensing ensures compliance and imaging rights.

Microsoft no longer sells upgrades from Windows 7 Pro to Windows 10 Pro, as Windows 7 reached end of support in January 2020. The only official way now is to purchase a full Windows 10 Pro license from the Microsoft Store at https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows10 or from authorized retailers. If your device meets the requirements, you might also consider going straight to Windows 11 Pro since Windows 10 will reach end of support in October 2025.
