If your Microsoft 365 subscription isn’t showing in your account, make sure you’re signed into the correct Microsoft account at https://account.microsoft.com/services since subscriptions only appear under the account they were redeemed on. If your PC came with 365 pre-installed, you may need to redeem the product key at https://redeem.microsoft.com before it shows up.
You can also run the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant (SARA) tool, which helps detect and fix common activation or account issues: https://aka.ms/SaRA-OfficeActivation. After running it, check in Word or Excel under File > Account to see if your subscription is recognized. If not, contact your PC retailer or check your digital order history to confirm the activation details.
