Hi There, I am trying to use my monitor on my new Lenovo PC through usb-c type adaptor however it doesn't seem to be working.

having problems with connecting usb-c type to my pc. when i connect montior through this, it doesn't come up

    Hello,

    Not all USB-C ports and adapters are created equally.

    May I ask - has this same adapter worked in the past with a different computer?

    For your computer, can you please type msinfo32.exe in the search on the taskbar and hit enter, then share a screenshot of the pop up please.
