1/ Are you using Outlook 2016, 2019, or Outlook from Microsoft 365?
2/ Is the issue happening in your Inbox only, or across all folders?
3/ What exactly isn’t working?
For example:
- Are search results missing or incomplete?
- Is the search returning no results at all?
- Are you seeing any error messages?
4/ Have there been any recent updates to Outlook or Windows?
5/ Have you checked if Outlook is still indexing your emails? (You can check this in the Search Tools > Indexing Status.)
6/ Are you using any third-party add-ins or custom configurations?
