I am requesting your assistance to unblock my Microsoft account. I attempted a Microsoft certification exam on 19th July, but unfortunately, the exam was revoked by the proctor. I was appearing for the exam from my PG accommodation in a common room, where unexpected background noise occurred. This affected my concentration and led to the situation.

I sincerely apologize for this incident. I assure you that this will not happen again — I will take my future exams from a quiet and controlled environment.

Since I work in an organization where completing three Microsoft certifications is mandatory, I urgently need to retake this exam before September. Therefore, I kindly request you to remove the block from my profile and allow me to continue with my certification journey.
