    • Could you provide a screenshot of your issue?

    In the meantime, kindly try these following steps:

    Check Camera Permissions

    Make sure Teams has permission to use your camera:

    • Go to Settings > Privacy & security > Camera.
    • Ensure Camera access is turned on.
    • Make sure Microsoft Teams is allowed to use the camera. User's image

    Select the Correct Camera in Teams

    • Open Teams.
    • Click three dot next to your profile picture > Settings > Devices.
    • Under Camera, choose the correct device from the dropdown.
    • Check the preview to confirm it's working. User's image

    Close Conflicting Apps

    Apps like Zoom, Skype, or OBS can block camera access.

    • Close all other video apps.
    • Restart Teams.

    Restart Teams and Your Laptop

    • Quit Teams completely (right-click the icon in the system tray > Quit).
    • Restart your laptop.

    Update Camera Drivers

    • Go to your laptop manufacturer's website.
    • Download and install the latest camera drivers.

    Clear the Teams client cache

    Classic Team

    • Go to Windows + R.
    • Enter %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams > OK.
    • Delete all files and folders in the directory.
    • Restart Teams.

    New Team

    Method 1: Reset the App

    • Select Settings > Apps
    • Under the app > installed apps, select Microsoft Teams.
    • More options button (...) Reset > Advanced Options on the right
    • Restart Teams.

    Method 2: Delete Files

    • Go to Windows + R.
    • Enter %userprofile%\appdata\local\Packages\MSTeams_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Microsoft\MSTeams > Verify
    • Delete all files and folders in the directory.
    • Restart Teams.
