troubleshoot in camera .. not working properly plz fix it

    • What device are you using (Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android)?
    • Is the camera built-in or external (USB/webcam)?
    • Is the camera working in other apps (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Camera app)?
    • What exactly happens when you try to use the camera in Teams? (e.g., black screen, frozen image, error message)
    • Is the issue happening in all meetings or just specific ones?
    • What version of Teams and operating system are you using? Are your Teams app and operating system up to date? Are you using Teams through a browser or the desktop app?
    • Are you part of a school or organization that manages devices centrally (e.g., admin restrictions)?

    In the meantime, kindly try the following suggestions to check what might have caused the issue:

    • Check the camera permissions: Please ensure Teams is allowed to access your camera
      • For Windows: Go to Settings > Privacy & security > Camera

    • Test in another app
      • Open the Camera app or another video app to confirm the camera works outside Teams
    • Verify Teams Camera settings

      • Also Make a test call there to check if it's working well
      • User's image
    • Quit Teams completely and restart your device
    • Update Teams and the operating system to the latest version
