I bought Office16ProPlusR_Retail using the HUP program.
License status request returns 2 licenses:
- Office16ProPlusR_Retail edition
- Office 16, Office16ProPlusR_Grace edition
The Grace edition comes with an error code :
- ERROR CODE: 0xC004F009
- ERROR DESCRIPTION: The Software Licensing Service reported that the grace period expired.
No validity period was mentioned when I bought the license. I never willingly validate the "Grace" version. How can I continue to use the Office 2016 version with permanent validity, at least for Word and Excel ?
