I don't understand any of this........

Client side error is found. Please check the custom headers provided in the AjaxRequestSettings property and web action methods in the ServerActionSettings property

I don't know what AjaxRequestSettings is or where it's at and the same for ServerActionSettings

    If you are getting the error instead of seeing the PDF, one simple workaround is to download the file instead of trying to view it inside the site. You can do this by right-clicking the PDF link, choosing "Save link as…," and then opening it directly in Microsoft Edge or in Adobe Reader.

    If that doesn’t help, try opening the same link in another browser such as Chrome or Firefox, since they sometimes bypass site-specific issues.

    It is also worth disabling any extensions in Edge, especially ones related to PDFs or security/privacy, and then refreshing the page to see if the file loads correctly.

    However, because the error message mentions developer settings, the real fix usually has to be made by the website's own developers. If the PDF is coming from a banking, utility, or any enterprise portal, the best step is to contact their support team and let them know about the issue so they can correct it on their end.
