Open the Settings App, then go to Accessibility - Text Size.
If you use the slider on that setting to increase the font size and click Apply, does that increase the size of the text on your Desktop icons?

As I am getting short-sighted , I need to enlarge itens on windows 11 home edition. Firsts, i cant understand why changin scale afffcts all my apps e.g. the upper part of my browser takes hakf of the screen - just cant see all webpage content. Second, windows enalrge icons , but their captions keep very small, I cant read the text that describe each icon on my desktop or elsewehere.
