Dear Microsoft team
Hope you are doing well.
We have earlier case regarding the MS team's issue but still we didn't get any response.
The internet bandwidth is stable and shows no high utilization, we are still experiencing issues with MS Teams.
We currently have a firewall on the premises. Do we need to allow any specific ports for MS Teams to function properly?

No explanation is worth it when a technical glitch affects core functionality for an extended period of time, but we want you to know that the engineering team has been working intensively on this issue for some time and has recently sped up the process of fixing it. As frontline support staff, we are organizing use cases and collecting data, including from you, on a daily basis and will continue to monitor the progress of this issue.
In this case, I sincerely recommend you try some steps below:
1.Navigate to bottom right corner of the screen, right click on Teams icon and select Collect Support Files
2.Contact Microsoft support:
Moreover, according to my research, I have seen there are many users also report this issue, this might be an incident. I recommend we log an official case so engineering can grab server-side traces:
