Periodic billing has been activated for your Microsoft 365 Business Standard subscription.

Periodic billing now applies to your Microsoft 365 Business Standard subscription. If recurring billing is enabled, your subscription will be billed on the renewal date.

To deactivate recurring billing for an active subscription:

In the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, navigate to Billing > Your products (Billing > My products).

Select the subscription for which you want to manage recurring billing.

Under Billing next to Will be renewed on, select Edit.

On the Recurring billing settings page, click Deactivate.

Click Submit change.

For more information, see the documentation on recurring billing.

    Hello @Arunas Bucevicius,

I truly apologize for the misunderstanding regarding the issue.

We have identified the administrator account that was created when the tenant was initially set up, which uses the onmicrosoft domain. Due to forum policy, we are unable to disclose any personal information or provide explicit details. I have sent you a private message so that I can assist you in gaining access to the domain.

Would you be able to provide some context to your problem?

That would help us greatly in figuring out the problem you are facing.

First, looks like you have a Microsoft Business Standard subscription.

This is a license meant for commercial business.

Are you related to this business?

What IT-role are you? User? Administrator? Business owner?

When did you acquire this license?

How was it setup? Microsoft basically provides the license and backend service, but this needs to be setup and configured, often by someone who is proficient in Microsoft365, for example a Microsoft365 reseller.

How long have you had this license?

Are you familiar with administering this service?

When did you realize that you are unable to access the administrator console?

    Etc

Without these context, or at least some elaboration from your side, its really difficult to give you any precise answer or direction..

Also, many of us are volunteers here, users just like you, but we enjoy answering questions and helping other users

    Cheers
