Hving problems connecting to my Agent

I am trying to connect to my AI Agent and I am getting the following Error. I have entered my Keys and Endpoint correctly, but I keep getting the following error:
Error contacting Agent: 404 — {"error":{"code":"404","message": "Resource not found"}} Check: • ENDPOINT includes /api/projects/• Project API key (not AOAI key) • MODEL is your Agent ID string • API version matches your Project • CORS allows your dev origin

404's will also come if the API version is not used correct.
Document suggests using Default Azure Credentials for authentication. Sample code containing correct endpoint can be viewed in "View code"/Playground option of Agent.
Endpoint format -
https://<AIFoundryResourceName>.services.ai.azure.com/api/projects/<ProjectName>Please share yours the SDK code for review.

Syntax is not correct here for creation of Agents.
Model name should be strings like "GPT-4o" /"GPT-4o-mini" , The model's name you choose while creating model deployment actually.
Endpoint has not included project name
https://<AIFoundryResourceName>.services.ai.azure.com/api/projects/<ProjectName>Attached Relevant doc in Type script for reference.
