Hello Dodge. If Malwarebytes continuously blocks PowerShell with a Trojan alert, it probably indicates a malicious script trying to use PowerShell to contact a malicious remote server or to run malicious commands. This is common behavior of fileless malware attacks, where the threat runs entirely in memory, avoiding conventional antivirus detection. To investigate and eliminate it, follow these steps. First, run a full scan with Malwarebytes to capture anything Malwarebytes may have missed. Second, open Task Manager and look for suspicious PowerShell activity, paying particular attention to it if it launches as a startup entry. Disable the startup entry from Task Manager > Startup or msconfig if unknown.
