I have windows 11 so i need to follow step 2 however I dont have access to a second computer

If you don't have a second computer, you can follow these steps.

First, open Notepad and paste this in.

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\htmlfile\shell\open\command] @="\"C:\\Program Files\\Internet Explorer\\iexplore.exe\" %1" "DelegateExecute"="{17FE9752-0B5A-4665-84CD-569794602F5C}"

Click save as. Make sure you use quotation mark.

Then proceed with step 2 and 3.

Please try it.
