Surface Pro 11 keyboard not detected

I purchased a Surface Pro 11 with Snapdragon 12 and a Surface Pro Keyboard. with pen

On some startups -- not the majority of them -- the keyboard does not pair with the Surface Pro unit. The only solution has been to detach the keyboard from the unit and reattach it. I have cleaned the contacts (although this issue arose almost immediately out of the box after purchase), and followed a few other suggestions that I found online.

Please help me what should I do?

    Hi Mina,

Thanks for reaching out! I understand how frustrating it can be when your Surface Pro Keyboard intermittently fails to connect during startup.

Here are a few steps that have helped others resolve this issue
    Run the Surface Diagnostic Toolkit
Download and run the Surface Diagnostic Toolkit to automatically check for hardware and software issues.
    Check Keyboard Functionality in UEFI
Restart your Surface and enter UEFI by holding Volume Up + Power until the UEFI screen appears.
If the keyboard works in UEFI, it's functioning correctly, and the issue is likely with Windows or drivers.

    Update Firmware and Drivers
Visit the Surface Firmware and Drivers page, select your Surface Pro 11 model, and install the latest .msi package.

    Check for Windows Updates
Go to Settings > Windows Update and ensure your system is fully updated. Some users have reported improvements after cumulative updates.

    Dear Carl,

I tried all of your suggested methods before asking my question here.

Also the method that I found in other topics (force restart + remove and reinsert the keyboard).

Still waiting for a proper feedback.
