Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum
To better understand, may I clarify:
1.Are you using a personal Microsoft account, a school account, a work account for Teams?
2.When your phone is not connected to Android Auto, do past meeting notifications appear unexpectedly?
3.Please ensure that Teams app is on the latest version and your Android phone is running Android 14 or newer
In the meantime, I suggest you try to re-install Teams app on your phone:
Uninstall Microsoft Teams, restart your phone, reinstall the app, and reconfigure notifications.
If Teams notification work fine when disconnected to Android Auto, this suggests that Android Auto might be improperly handling or resending notifications from Teams when connected, possibly due to a sync issue or how it processes dismissed notifications. You can provide feedback Android Auto to alert the developer of this behavior.
If past meeting notifications appear when your phone is not connected to Android Auto, I sincerely recommend you try to create a support ticket to Microsoft Support team.
If you’re using a work account, your Global Admin will need to submit a support ticket on your behalf. The Global Admin should create a service request with Microsoft support to get advanced technical assistance and diagnostics. For detailed instructions on how to get support, please refer to Get support - Microsoft 365 admin.
Note: If you’re unsure who the Global Admin is within your organization, you can find guidance on locating them here: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support.
I hope your issue gets resolved soon, and I’m here to help if you need further assistance
