Issues with Windows Upgrade and Activation Errors

I bought a new computer with a new windows home key that was limiting my RAM capacity to 128GB so I went to upgrade to pro, clicked from setting/system in windows which directed me with a choice between either Entreprise or Workstation. I tried several times but couldnt find any "pro pack" or anything else to upgrade but those two choices. So I bought the cheapest (since it was advised by windows directly).
I got an initial error code of 0x80070490. After restarting the computer it read Windows Entreprise instead of Pro and wrote a new error: " Windows Reported that no product key was found on your decide. Error code 0xC004F213 "
In the end, it seems I overpaid and still cant activate a pro account

Ive been trying to contact support, but I cant reach anything but a machine that sending me back to a link that doesnt fix anyting. I tried to look for a chat, send a mail... I requested to get called back but nothing either.
How do I reach microsoft support?
Is there an actual solution to this?

    This is a known problem in the Home to Pro upgrade process, where the Enterprise edition gets installed instead of Pro, use this fix with the generic Pro key:

    Important - disconnect totally from the Internet

    Open the Settings App (Gear icon on your Start Menu)

    Go to Update and Security - Activation

    Click Change Product key

    Enter this generic product key: VK7JG-NPHTM-C97JM-9MPGT-3V66T

    When prompted, click 'Activate Product'

    If the above does not work first time, restart your PC and try again.

    Note the generic key will cause Enterprise to downgrade to the Pro edition, then your own legal licence will activate automatically after you restart (not shut down) your PC
