Hello, I passed the Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900) exam today, but the result is not showing under the “Certifications” section of my Microsoft Learn profile.
I have not received any confirmation email or badge, and the exam result is missing from my transcript. Can someone please assist me in verifying my exam result and ensuring it appears in my certification transcript? because I want to send it as soon as possible to my manager.
I’ve been trying for hours to find who to contact, but I haven’t had any luck. The support page isn’t letting me sign in as a user, and I haven’t found anything relevant anywhere. This might not be the right place, but I’m desperate.
