Set up two different working Shifts on Outlook Calendar / Schedule

I would like to know if there is an option to enable a second set of working hours on Outlook.
I've tried clicking on the "+" icon next to the hours, but it doesn't quite acomplish what I'm trying to do.

For instace, right now my working hours look like this:outlook 1

What I had in mind, would be to set up something similar to this mockup I made:
Outlook 2

As I have to work in a different shift every other week, something like this would help a lot, since sometimes people schedule meetings, or make a voice call to me in Teams during my off hours.
EX:

  • Week 1 and 3 - Shift A
  • Week 2 and 4 - Shift B

I read something about the "Shifts" app in Teams, but that would require me to be the owner of a Team in MS Teams (which I'm not).

    Hello,

Glad to assist with your query.

I have tried to replicate the functionality that you are trying to go for but unfortunately, I believe that this is beyond Outlook’s feature set, both in Web/New and Classic.

I have tried changing the settings but the schedule is fixed to be on a weekly basis, no function allows it to change every start of the new week and will remain the same when the next week starts.

If you wish to request for this function to be implemented you may request it at the Microsoft feedback portal through this link Ideas · Community. Please make sure to add the modified in your post since it’s a good illustration of a useful function that could be implemented.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to set a recurring event in Outlook’s calendar that repeats every 2 weeks like this.

However, this is a basic workaround and does not directly address your concern.

For the “Shifts” app in Teams, unfortunately I do not know much about that app, I tried installing it on my side but I encountered the same issue wherein the user needs to be a team owner, If you would like to try the app you will need to request your IT administrator to provide you a Teams “Team” with just you as a member so you can test it out.

    Hope this helps,

    Juan
