Will Device Status Show Offline, if SCCM server TCP Port 10123 blocked?

Port 10123 is closed on the server (confirmed).

Does blocking TCP port 10123 on SCCM server (reverting to backup ports 80 / 443) cause devices to show offline status (x mark) rather than green check?

SCCM version: 5.00.9135.1000, build number 9135

Site Communication Security: HTTPS Only

From example "offline" client: CcmNotificationAgent.log
