Will Device Status Show Offline, if SCCM server TCP Port 10123 blocked?

Most of the devices for our site show offline in the SCCM console. This is believed to have started happening after a recent update to SCCM server. SCCM client on the examined client machine is up to date (5.00.9135.1006).

Confirmed: SCCM server port 10123 is closed.

Will device status show offline, if SCCM server TCP port 10123 blocked (fall back to backups 80/443)?
