How can I export data from my Microsoft Authenticator App to Proton Authenticator??

I am using the Proton Authenticator app but would like to export some old 2FA data from the Microsoft Authenticator app into it. How can I do this?

The MS Authenticator app doesn't support exporting, unfortunately. I've had to sign into each account to disable existing 2FA, re-add and scan the QR code in Proton. It's a pain to be sure. I was such a huge supporter of MS Authenticator but there have been no significant updates in a long time. The file straw was not having implemented dark mode. Hope this helps.
