    Hi @Thomas, Alice,

Good day to you! Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

To help you list invitees, their email addresses, and their replie. I’ll break this down into clear steps. Let’s assume you’re managing a meeting or event and want to track responses professionally.

Step 1: Create a List of Invitees

1/ Open the meeting from your Outlook Calendar.

2/ Go to the Meeting tab.

3/ Click Tracking > Copy Status to Clipboard.

4/ Open Word, Excel, or Notepad, and press Ctrl + V to paste the list.

    This will include:

    • Invitee names
    • Email addresses
    • Response status (Accepted, Declined, Tentative, No Response)
    • Whether they are Required or Optional attendees

Copy and print a list of meeting attendees in Outlook - Microsoft Support

    Step 2: Track Emails Sent

If you sent invitations via email (not calendar invites):

    • Go to Sent Items in Outlook.
    • Open the invitation email.
    • Check the To/CC/BCC fields for recipients.
