I bought an office 365 subscription from Newegg. I get the message below when I try the product key.

Sorry, we don't recognize the product key you entered. Please check that you typed it correctly.

    Hello.

    did you enter it via https://setup.office.com?

    if so make sure you didn’t have any typo. Otherwise you need to dispute with vendor. Since it’s a third party purchase Microsoft cannot return it or replace it if the key is invalid. Sorry.
