    Hi @Merlyn Dominguez Seiglie

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

It appears you're experiencing an issue where your camera is not working in Microsoft Teams and your computer indicates that access is blocked.

To help us better understand and resolve the issue, could you please provide the following details:

    1. Is your device managed by an organization (e.g., company-issued laptop)?
    2. Are you using the Microsoft Teams desktop app, web version, or mobile app?
    3. What operating system are you using (e.g., Windows 10, Windows 11, macOS)?
    4. Does your camera work in other meeting applications?
    5. Are there any error messages shown in Teams when you try to use the camera?
    6. Have you checked your privacy settings to ensure Teams has permission to access the camera?

In the meaning time, you can try these steps to migrate this issue:

    1. Check Camera Privacy Settings

    • Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Camera.
    • Make sure Camera access is turned on.
    • Ensure Microsoft Teams is allowed to access the camera.

    2. Check Teams Permissions

    • Open Microsoft Teams.
    • Click your profile picture > Settings > Devices.
    • See if your camera is listed and selected under Camera.

    3. Check for Other Apps Using the Camera

    • Close any other apps that might be using the camera (Zoom, Skype, etc.).
    • Restart Teams after closing those apps.

    4. Check for Admin Restrictions

If your computer is managed by your company or organization, the camera might be blocked by group policy or admin settings. In that case:

    • Contact your IT department or system administrator.
    • Ask if camera access is restricted and if they can enable it for Teams.

Looking forward to your response so we can assist you further.

    Warm regards,
