I have been using Skype for years and I was very happy with. I used it also to make phone calls overseas use Skype credit or / and subscription. Now, as Skype has retired, I installed Teams on my mobile. I see the Skype dial pad (and some of my previous phone numbers I used to call), but I cannot make a call, or it was interrupted immediately.
Please let me know how to solve the issue and continue to make phone calls (dial pad) from Teams.. Thank you.

After you click on the dial pad, it should open up the Skype web portal. Can you tell the credits you have in your account?
The dial pad > web portal is only for remaining Skype credits. Once your credits run out, you will need Teams business license + Teams phone with calling plan in order to call phone number domestic or international.
