Hi, thank you for reaching out. I’m happy to help.

Please note that here in the Microsoft Q&A forum, we are fellow users and do not have account access. For your security and privacy, I recommend contacting Microsoft Billing Support directly, as this request may involve personal or sensitive information that should not be shared in a public forum.

Because of the high number of tickets they receive, it may take several attempts to reach a live agent. If this happens, I suggest trying again later. Also, keep in mind that contacting them during business days and hours gives you a better chance, as more support agents are available at those times.

    Click this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/

Sign in to your Microsoft account.

Select Microsoft 365 > Click 'Get home support'.

Type "Chat with an agent" from the text field and press Enter.

Click "Contact support" at the bottom.

Select the product you need help with.

Follow the prompts to connect with a live agent.

    Customer service phone numbers: https://support.microsoft.com/topic/customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2

To access the full range of support options, including chat, please contact them during business hours which are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM local time.
