Please i need your help on this issue.

    Dear @Rita Rita,

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

According to my research, here are some information regarding Microsoft Teams Audio Conferencing:

Yes, 200 callers on the conference bridge is supported, as it is below the 250-participant limit for dial-in attendees.

Current Microsoft Teams Audio Conferencing Limits

    • Phone (PSTN) participants: Up to 250 callers can join a Teams meeting via the audio-conferencing bridge (dial-in or dial-out).
    • Overall meeting capacity: Teams meetings themselves can support up to 1,000 interactive participants (audio/video/desktop app) and up to 10,000 view-only attendees in large meeting mode. However, the audio-conferencing bridge specifically applies to dial-in participants, which is capped at 250.
    • For reference: Limits and specifications for Microsoft Teams

Note: Every participant calls the same number and enters the conference code shown in the meeting invite. (You can have multiple conference bridge numbers to make it a local call for users in different locations, or to provide a toll-free number. Callers can also use any of Microsoft's shared conference bridge numbers, which can be accessed from the link in the meeting invitation.)

    Important:

    • If you expect very large meetings (beyond 250 dial-in participants), you would need to consider Teams Live Events or Operator Connect Conferencing for extended scenarios. For reference: Plan for Operator Connect Conferencing
    • Audio Conferencing requires the appropriate license (included in Microsoft 365 E5 or as an add-on for other plans). For reference: Plan Audio Conferencing for Microsoft Teams meetings
    • Each meeting has a unique conference ID, so even if multiple meetings share the same dial-in number, they won’t conflict.

I hope this information is helpful. Thank you for your patience and your understanding. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.

I'm looking forward for your reply.
