Today, I purchased Windows 11 Pro to upgrade my system from Home to Pro, and the activation failed. Please issue a refund. The order number is 1808723479. Thanks for your assistance

    Let’s try fixing the upgrade issue first:

    Disconnect from the internet

    Go to Settings > System > Activation. Click "Change product key," enter "VK7JG-NPHTM-C97JM-9MPGT-3V66T," and hit activate.

    Reconnect to the internet and make sure you’re signed in with the Microsoft account you used for the purchase.

    Restart your computer and check.

    Hello. I followed your instructions, and the activation failed. It indicated that I needed to purchase a " genuine " Windows Pro 11. If this situation cannot be resolved, please issue a refund.
