How I can merge two Microsoft accounts so that all the certifications will be available at one account only?

I have two Microsoft accounts, one is ******@outlook.com and another one is ******@gmail.com. Certifications are available at both the accounts. Further I want to use only one account i.e. ******@gmail.com. How can I transfer certifications to this account only and merge other account with this?
