Hi, after installing Windows Update KB5062553 in 08th of July my HP Spectre started to drain battery like never before. It went from a 3h30min batery to 2hours batery. Also the HDR which was finaly working properly on Windows stoped working, it would turn off on its own. Any ideas how to solve the problem? I dont have the option to uninstall this update anymore.

Same has happened with me and my friend after the July update. I have every history of battery health by powercfg and also the windows update history.
There are no world-wide reports of battery problems on laptops with the KB5062553 update, start your laptop, then repeatedly press the Esc key on the HP logo screen, then on the resulting menu, press F2 and from there, run the Diagnostics test on your laptop, is there any problem indicated with the battery or power board in your laptop?
I have done the battery test and it's perfectly fine. I found reports of this issue with the update, contacted Microsoft last week, rolled back to an older update, at first the battery went back to normal, but at some point, even having paused the updates for 1 week, the problem started again.
