When we execute automation runbook from azure arc on boarded AWS ec2 machine getting below exception even though no other job running.
Job was suspended as the job limit for a Hybrid Worker exceeded. Add more Hybrid Workers to the Hybrid Worker group to overcome this issue, see: https://aka.ms/HRW-polling-limit-exceed

In this case firstly, I request to you to add more machines to the hybrid worker group so the workload can be distributed between them and not exceed the limit option.
- And ensure that the Hybrid Worker VM is running at the time of execution and it should be healthy & gives the heartbeat.
- Upgrade the Arc agent, AZ modules and recreating the schedule for the job.
- Check if any Group Policies or local Security Policies are restricting from your environment.
- If even after checking the above things, follow the below workaround.
- Delete the VM from the hybrid worker and readded again. If that doesn't resolve the issue then you can add new VMs to the group.
