Due to recent circumstances I have lost access to all of my devices that are logged into my account. I have been trying for days now to find ways to log in, but nothing on the website helps at all, I am ineligible for a reclaim (or what ever it was called) cause I have 2fa on and after calling the support line on multiple occasions with different approaches am just just referred back to the website which we have already established does not help. and even this can only be accessed if you have a Microsoft account so I have to use a completely different one just to ask.yeah so anyway if someone could point me in the right direction so I can get my account back I would appreciate it.

Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

Microsoft Q&A is public, and we can only provide information. It is beyond our capability to assist directly with the account or login-related issues.

Microsoft Support agent will not be of any help, they will likely recommend you to try the Account Recovery Form and Sign-in Helper Tool, if you haven’t tried it already.

Before contacting support and providing you the steps to do so, could you provide me with the error message you're encountering and the troubleshooting steps you have already tried?

Click "Add comment" to let me know.

    Regards,

    John J.D.

Thank you for sharing the steps you’ve already tried.

I just want to be upfront, Microsoft Support agents do not have direct access to accounts.

Before moving on to the steps, please try this suggestion from Microsoft:

The Microsoft Account Recovery is currently the only official way to recover your account. You can try it up to twice a day.

If it’s already been a few weeks, you can check this page: "Account recovery unsuccessful" https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/account-recovery-unsuccessful-dc56c3e3-dff0-4ed5-8edb-60290eea6b53 it includes extra tips from Microsoft that could improve your chances.

If the form hasn’t worked after several attempts, you can try reaching out to Microsoft support directly.

Use another personal Microsoft account you currently have access to or one you can create:

    • Here is the link: https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact
    • Type this keyword and press Enter: Contact Support.
    • At the bottom, click "Sign in to contact support" and sign in with your Personal Microsoft account (Not work or school account), or click "Contact Support" if you're already signed in.
    • In Product and services, select "Windows".
    • In Category, select "Technical support."
    • Click "Chat with a support agent in your web browser".

I really hope this information is helpful!

Please know that this is a public forum, and I can only provide information.
