Secondary ringer keeps resetting to none after a few days

We have had Microsoft Teams for about 5 years now and all through this period my secondary ringer keeps resetting to 'none'. I want it set to stay on speakers so that I can hear the phone ringing. There doesn't seem to be a pattern as to when it reverts back to none (e.g. updates, etc) and the first I am aware that it has reverted back to none is when I miss a call. Why does the secondary ringer setting not stay as it has been selected please? This is very frustrating and, looking at a number of the comments in the Microsoft community, it is a widespread problem for a lot of your Teams users.
