I am completely unable to log in to the Microsoft Store app and Xbox app on my PC, what steps can I take to fix this?

As the title says I am unable to use either of these apps, with any account.

Every time I attempt to login I receive the 'Too Many Requests' error code. This has been an ongoing issue for several months now during which time I have connected to at least 4 different networks while making semi-regular attempts to see if it resolved itself.

I've also attempted other fixes found here and elsewhere online, including use of a VPN and clearing the cache/resetting the Microsoft Store completely through Powershell & CMD.

I know that the accounts themselves are not an issue as I'm able to log in perfectly fine both on mobile and in the web browser version of the Microsoft Store and Xbox app (along with other areas such as Outlook).

I was hoping somebody may have a solution for this issue as I would use these services to play games with family while I am away and there is no fix I could find that works.

    Which version of Windows 11 24h2 and 23h2 are you using and do you have more than one Microsoft account configured on your Windows?
