Windows 10 ESU Program Enrollment Prompt

Have a Windows 10 Home Ed. PC upgradeable to Window 11. I do not want that but want to enroll in 1 year ESU program [use screen magnification software that wont run on Win 11]. Dont see the prompt on the Windows Update page. Dont know why.

    If you're syncing your PC settings with your Microsoft account, that may help qualify your device for the Extended Security Updates (ESU) program at no extra cost. However, please note that syncing doesn't guarantee immediate access. Microsoft is gradually rolling out the ESU registration option, so it might take some time before it appears on your device.
