The license sticker was damaged when it was scratched off . The security cover was as hard as concrete. A stronger scrape would break the activation key. The key is not readable. qr and barcode readable . i must recover my windows activation code . The product was purchased through UAB ACC distribution. They did not offer me any help, they did not buy the product back.
This forum is jus a user to user forum, you will need to contact Microsoft Support directly, provide them proof of purchase and all the other details on that sticker, including the character code under the QR code, and they may then be able to provide your with the associated product key.

Their support is very hard to contact, if you are unable to find a local support phone number, open the Get Help app in Windows, then repeatedly ask the bot in that app to 'Speak to an agent', you may eventually get a link to contact their support via live chat.
Most people in the world do not speak English. I am one of them. I do not consider it necessary to learn spoken English at the age of 60. In the country where I live, I only need 2 foreign languages - Russian and Finnish. Their support is very hard to contact, that is the only method I know of to contact their support, other than that, try to find a local phone number for their support.
so this is a dead topic in my section. microsoft does everything to make people use pirated software. they haven't offered support for the official one for a long time. unfortunately that's the case. ms support in estonia closed years ago ...
