How do I load and access my already purchased Microsoft 365 account on my new computer?

I am a very novice PC user. I have two PCs now and have Microsoft loaded on my old PC. My old PC has a windows version that will no longer be supported as of October 14 so I purchased a new windows PC and now I am trying to determine how to access my already purchased Microsoft 365 account on my new PC. I will either need very detailed written instructions, or I will need to speak with a representative in order to walk me through this process. Note that subscription versions can always be installed on more than one device.

On your new PC, go to your account at https://account.microsoft.com/services and use the Install button next to your Microsoft product. Let the install procedure complete; count on that it may be a bit time-consuming.
