Dear Microsoft 365 Support Team,
I noticed that my personal Microsoft 365 subscription is active until 2 December 2025, with an additional payment already processed. However, my family has now subscribed to the Microsoft 365 Family plan and included my email under their account.
As I am already covered under the Family subscription, I kindly request a refund for the remaining months of my individual subscription to avoid paying twice for the same service.
I’d greatly appreciate it if you could review my account and consider a refund of the unused period. Please let me know if you require any further details from my side to process this request.
