Every time I open Ark it just stays in this screen, i've tried to do many things but none of them work. Help!!!

Try those also with the Xbox app, be sure to be signed in there please.
Didn't worked, I uninstalled ark aswell and downloaded it againg, but no progess
Are you using Antivirus/Firewall/VPN/Proxy running? have you tried disabling all, the Xbox App is using the same profile as before? could you please try a different profile, you need to change this on the Xbox app
Not using any of those and changing accounts still didn't worked
