That error just indicates an internal error in Acrobat, not a Windows system error.
Open the Settings App, go to Programs and Features, then scroll down to find Adobe Acrobat.
Select that app, and choose Modify - Repair and follow that process to see if it can repair Acrobat.
If not, completely uninstall Acrobat, restart your PC, then download and install the latest version of Acrobat avaialble on the Adobe website.
