Microsoft only started slowly rolling out the 1 free year of extended support with the August update that was released last week.
Ensure you log into Windows with a Microsoft account and that you have the August update installed, then in the Settings app, go to the Updates section, check if the option for the extended support is listed there, if not, check there each day and you will see the free offer appear on that window.
